Living Life

Welcome to Life with Naomi, a lifestyle and inspirational blog. On this site, you can follow my renovation journey, decorating ideas, craft and painting projects, food and drink concoction, and random thoughts and musings. You may find links to items I recommend for which I may receive a commission.

I’m always learning and discovering. Right now, I’m focused on learning how to blog. The writing part is pretty easy. I have a lot to say on many different subjects. The hard part is setting up the website, linking to social media, and driving traffic, as they say, to my blog.

Why do I want to write a blog anyway? I used to write academic articles, travel articles, and I had a newspaper column on ways to save money. I enjoyed the writing process the way I enjoy embroidery and stitching by hand, which I’ve recently learned is called slow stitching. That’s it! I like how writing slows me down, forces me to think and process. Maybe I’ll repost a few of those columns here.
